You are welcome to call CASP, but we encourage you to first send us an email or use the form to the right to contact us, and include any documents that you think are relevant (the complaint, for example, and any written communications identified in the complaint). The information you submit, and any documents you attach, will help us determine if we can provide assistance on your case.

CASP can only assist on SLAPPs or subpoenas filed in California. Contact us if you are uncertain as to where the lawsuit against you was filed.

All contact requests are confidential, but the submission of this information does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please submit information only on a lawsuit filed, or threatened to be filed, in the state of California.  (This includes lawsuits filed in federal courts in California and subpoenas issued in California.)
